FAILED ASSASINATION!
Yesterday at approximatly 11:45 a.m there was a failed assasination attempt on Upper Playground's Gallery director. There were three injuries, but luckily no fatalities. Future art shows will be held at our upstairs gallery annex until remodeling is finished. (photos by Dora, Austin, & Carlos of the Lower Haight)

uh...make that four injuries. I was the pedestrian hit by that car. Banged up and sliced up, but luckily nothing serious. Very happy to be kicking. Bitter irony is, I was coming to 5024 to drop off calls for submissions to my orgs (city|space)'s latest project. I think I did leave some bloody postcards on the floor. What exactly makes this an assasination attempt, rather than some drunk guy accidentally driving into your store front?
as being a member of his band and one of the drivers bestfriends i'm glad that nobody was killed. WE ARE NOT PROUD OF THIS AND NEITHER IS THE DRIVER!!! thank you to whomever pixeled his face out.
with much respect...and thankfully noone was killed.
